The North Carolina Tar Heels football program is preparing for week 2 as they play their home opener against Appalachian State. It’s a chance for Mack Brown’s team to go 2-0 on the season.
As UNC continues to prepare for the game, we are getting some information in terms of the uniform combo for the matchup. On Thursday, the Tar Heels revealed their uniform for the game and they are going with a classic combination.
UNC will wear a white helmet, blue jersey, and white pants as you can see in the tweet below from the program:

A week after going with all-blue for the primetime game, the Tar Heels go back to a classic for the home opener. The blue top is a classic and to pair it with the white helmet and pants is a nice touch.
