Mack Brown and the UNC football program have landed a commitment on Saturday afternoon for their 2024 class.
Georgia native Jaiden Patterson pledged his verbal commitment to North Carolina on Saturday, ending his recruitment. The commitment comes a week after Patterson was on campus for the Tar Heels’ annual spring game.
The 6-foot-1, 170-pound Patterson plays at Mill Creek High School in Georgia and had 14 offers in his recruitment. He’s the high school teammate of current UNC commit Aidan Banfield, another 2024 prospect.
He picked the Tar Heels over offers from Duke, Wake Forest, Boston College, Minnesota, Appalachian State and Indiana among others.
