The North Carolina basketball program will be one of five programs to be featured in a new collaboration with Drake’s OVO brand for the upcoming season.
The collab will launch on Friday and will focus on limited-edition apparel for North Carolina, Kentucky, Alabama, Texas and Memphis. The new collection will feature basketball shorts, hoodies, hats and varsity jackets as the OVO owl will also be branded on the apparel.
The collection will be limited and is the latest example of brands entering the college athletics world with NIL deals. It opens up a lot more opportunities for brands like OVO to make their mark in an area they previously couldn’t.
October's Very Own has partnered with NCAA Colleges on a limited-edition collection. The collection features the Kentucky Wildcats, Alabama Crimson Tide, North Carolina Tar Heels, Memphis Tigers, and Texas Longhorns.

Pricing is not available for the items just yet but as mentioned above, it will be limited. The items will go on sale at Drake’s official OVO website.
