UNC basketball recruiting target sets Fall visits, will see game at Chapel Hill

Per a report, a five-star recruit will visit the UNC basketball program this Fall.

North Carolina is in heavy pursuit of one of the top players in the 2025 recruiting class and should get their chance to impress him once again this Fall.

After five-star power forward Caleb Wilson saw UNC play a year ago, he’s set to do the same later in 2024 to get a look at the program. In addition to seeing a UNC game at some point next season, Wilson is also planning visits to other programs.

Per Adam Zagoria of Zag’s Blog, Wilson has set visits to Oregon, Duke, Georgia Tech, Tennessee, and Arkansas for the upcoming season, hitting the road for what will be a busy Fall.

The Atlanta native is being pursued by some big programs and has a total of 24 offers in his recruitment so far. Auburn and Stanford have both received official visits in his recruitment as well.

The 6-foot-9, 205-pound Wilson is ranked No. 6 nationally, the No. 3 power forward, and No. 1 player in the state of Georgia per the 247Sports recruiting rankings.

It’s tough to tell where UNC exactly stands in this recruitment but it is good news that he plans on seeing a game this upcoming season.
