The North Carolina Tar Heels landed a big commitment Saturday afternoon out of the transfer portal.
Hours after they picked up crystal ball predictions for forward Harrison Ingram, the former five-star recruit announced his decision. He is a Tar Heel.
Ingram took to Twitter to announce he is committed to North Carolina just days after taking a visit on campus. The news comes a few days before he’s scheduled to visit Kansas. The talented forward had interest from several programs, but it was always believed to be a two-team race between North Carolina and Kansas.

Hubert Davis and his staff get a legit piece to the roster that fills a need on the wing.
In two seasons at Stanford, Ingram averaged 10.5 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game. He was named the Pac-12 Freshman of the Year for his play.
North Carolina has landed four players out of the transfer portal.
