The Georgia Bulldogs have extended a scholarship offer to talented recruit Matthew Outten. Outten is a member of the class of 2025 and is ranked as a three-star recruit.
The three-star athlete plays high school football for I.C. Norcom High School in Portsmouth, Virginia. Outten is ranked as the No. 695 recruit in the nation and the No. 63 athlete. The 6-foot, 200-pound athlete projects as a defensive back or wide receiver at the next level.
Outten has a stocky build and is excellent after the catch. The I.C. Norcom standout shows versatility as a punt returner and kick returner. Outten has a track background and shows good speed in his tape.
Outten, who is ranked as the No. 22 prospect in Virginia, has recent scholarship offers from Indiana, Maryland, Temple, and Syracuse.
