In a women’s strawweight bout in the main event, Amanda Lemos and Jessica Andrade meet Saturday at UFC Vegas 52 — also known as UFC Fight Night 205 — at UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Below, we analyze the UFC Vegas 52 Lemos vs. Andrade odds and lines, with picks and predictions.

Lemos heads to the octagon with a three-inch height advantage and a three-inch reach advantage, but the southpaw doesn’t have the experience of her Brazilian counterpart.
The 30-year-old Andrade, a.k.a. “Bate Estaca”, is a 5-foot-1, 115-pound ball of fury. While she is 2-3 across the past five fights, two of those losses were in title bouts, and every one of the fights has been against big names. She dropped Cynthia Calvillo with a first-round knockout at UFC 266 in September to bounce back after a title-losing KO/TKO defeat in the second round against Valentina Shevchenko at UFC 26 in April 2021.
She had a first-round KO/TKO of veteran Katlyn Chookagian, before a pair of losses to Rose Namajunas and Zhang Weili in her three bouts prior, dating back to August 2019. Six of her last seven fights have finished inside the distance, including four in Round 1, so have your snacks and beverages ready before the bell or you might miss the entire fight.
Lemos has won her last five fights since losing her UFC debut to Leslie Smith in July 2017 via KO/TKO. However, with the exception of a split-decision win over Angela Hill last time out, the competition has mostly been a bunch of tomato cans. A crack at Andrade is a major step up in competition.
The southpaw Lemos has 5.35 significant strikes landed per minute compared to 6.24 for Andrade. The former titleholder also has a 2.90 takedown average and a slight 0.38-to-0.33 submission average advantage.

Normally it would worry me that Lemos enters this fight with the physical advantages as far as height and reach are concerned, but ANDRADE (-230) is far and away the best fighter Lemos will have matched up against. “Amandinha” is going to be overwhelmed in this one.
I am not terribly keen on risking over two times my potential return, but this is a slam-dunk play. Bet the veteran.
Over/Under (O/U)
No (-240): Fight to go the distance is likely too expensive for most. Instead, the value is in the Method of Victory section.
Andrade usually makes quick work of her opponents, especially when favored, and playing ANDRADE BY KO/TKO (+160) is the better play here, with much less risk and a decent chance of coming through. She just doesn’t let the judges decide her fate.
