UFC on ESPN 62 results: Mairon Santos folds Kaan Ofli with violent knockout to win ‘TUF 32’

“The Ultimate Fighter 32” bracket officially wrapped up Saturday with its final fights live as part of the UFC on ESPN 62 fight card.

The series concluded Tuesday, just in time for the reveal of the competitors who would compete Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. The first final was at featherweight and it ended in devastating fashion as [autotag]Mairon Santos[/autotag] crushed [autotag]Kaan Ofli[/autotag] with an ultra-violent knockout at : of Round 2.

Santos (15-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) defeated Edwin Cooper Jr. and Guillermo Torres by unanimous decision in exhibition bouts on the series to punch his ticket to the finale. Prior to being casted on the reality show, Santos competed on the Brazilian regional scene before a couple fights under the LFA banner.

Ofli (11-3-1 MMA, 0-1 UFC) earned wins over Nathan Fletcher and Roedie Roets on the series prior to Saturday’s final. He entered the UFC as the Hex Fight Series featherweight champion and hadn’t lost since June 2016. An eight-fight winning streak was snapped.
