UFC on ESPN 22 Stephens vs. Klose: Odds, lines, predictions and picks
Records: Stephens 28-18 | Klose 11-2-1
Fight result (2-way line or money line)
KLOSE (+100) is the play here on the 2-way line, as he looks to rebound from a KO/TKO loss to Beneil Dariush last time out at UFC 248. Prior to that, he had ticked off three straight unanimous-decision victories.
Klose holds a 3.89-to-3.18 significant strikes landed per minute advantage, and he is way more accurate, too. He has a 61.94-to-48.38 significant strikes accuracy percentage lead.
Stephens limps in just 0-4-1 across the past five fights, including a KO/TKO loss to Calvin Kattar last time out at UFC 249 on May 9, 2020. His last victory was over three years ago on Feb. 24, 2018, against Josh Emmett via KO/TKO.

Over/Under (O/U)
Five of the last seven fights for Stephens have finished inside the distance, while four of Klose’s five fights at the UFC level have gone the distance.
I think Klose controls the tempo of this fight, and he looks to keep it upright. He will likely be trying to wow the judges with his technical aspects, and will not get the finish.
As such, KLOSE ON POINTS (+220) to more than double up is a good play.
YES (-135): WILL THE FIGHT GO THE DISTANCE? is also worth a roll of the dice. OVER 2.5 ROUNDS (-150) is worth a play, too.
