UFC Fight Night 246 takes place Saturday, and you can join us for live round-by-round coverage and official results beginning at 5 p.m. ET (2 p.m. PT). UFC Fight Night 246 (pay-per-view, ESPN+) takes place at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
In the headliner, former flyweight champion Brandon Moreno (21-8-2 MMA, 9-5-2 UFC) takes on rising contender Amir Albazi (17-1 MMA, 5-0 UFC). In the co-feature, former women’s strawweight champ Rose Namajunas (13-6 MMA, 11-5 UFC) meets Erin Blanchfield (12-2 MMA, 6-1 UFC) at flyweight.

Rodrigo Nascimento vs. Alexandr Romanov
Round 1 – Romanov shoots early, and presses Nascimento against the cage. And there’s the takedown. Romanovs controlling from turtle position. Nascimento back to his feet, just to get slammed back down. Nascimento in turtle position by the cage. Knees to the legs by Romanov. We’re halfway through the round. More knees to the legs by Romanov. Nascimento gets back to his feet, but gets tripped. Romanov working from half guard, not really landing much. The crowd growing restless. Final minute. Crucifix by Romanov! He lands some shots! Romanov goes for a key lock but, Nascimento gets out. Romanov ends the round on top.

Round 2 – Nascimento rushes in to land something, but Romanov clinches him and presses him against the cage. Knees to the body by Romanov. Romanov mainly controlling, not much going on. They break away and Romanov immediately shoots for a takedown and gets it. He controls a kneeled Nascimento by the cage. Three minutes left. Nascimento gets back to his feet, just to get dragged back down again. The crowd boos. The referee breaks them up and they’re back to striking. Good left hook lands for Nascimento. Romanov with a combo of his own. Nascimento lands a left. Romanov has his lands low and looks exhausted. Jab by Romanov. Oh! Low blow by Nascimento. The fight is paused. After a minute and thirty seconds, the fight resumes. Left hand by Romanov. The bell rings.

Round 1 – Big leg kick by Sidey. Another one. Jab by Armfield. A couple of front kicks to the body partially land for Sidey. Oh! Left hooks slips in by Armfield! Leg kick by Sidey. Armfield is closing in the distance and chasing Sidey. A couple of hooks land for Armfield from close range! Armfield closes the distance and shoots on Sidey! He gets caught in a choke! It looks tight, but Armfield ends up surviving. Armfield shoots again from a scrmable and takes down Sidey. One minute left. Sidey gets back up and back to striking. Sidey presses Armfield against the cage. The bell rings.

Round 2 – Armfield comes out looking to press Sidey and fight in close range. Good combo by Armfield. Again. Front kick to the body and big right hand lands for Sidey. Oh! Knee to the body by Sidey. Jabs by Sidey. Let uppercut connects for Armfield. Nasty jabs by Sidey, who’s havinga much better round. Oh, stiff jabs by Armfield. We’re halfway through the round. One two lands for Armfield. Sidey’s nose is busted up. Sidey getting tagged up here. Oh! And a jab and right hand from Sidey stuns Armfield. Sidey now pressing foward. Another right hand by Sidey! Nasty double jab by Sidey. Nasty body shot by Armfield. Sidey shoot, but Armfield reverses him, presses him against the cage, and lands a combo. The bell rings. Very close round.

Round 3 – They throw down in the middle for a second, but Armfield shoots and takes down Sidey. Sidye locks a guillotine, but Armfield gets out. Sidey gets back on his feet, but Armfield jumps on his back. Armfield slips off and Sidey gets top control. Armfield gets back to his feet. Armfield shoots and takes down Sidey. Great control here by Armfield. We’re halfway through the round. Armfield makes his way to the back of Sidey. Armfield looking for a rear-naked choke. Sidey gets out and gets back to his feet. Round 1 – Jabs by Gibson. More, more jabs by Gibson. Anheliger fires a hard leg kick. Gibson closes the distance and presses Anheliger against the cage. Gibson gets the takedown, and immediately gets the back of Anheliger. Anheliger gets out and gets Gibson into half guard. Good control by Gibson, but little damage. Anheliger scrambles like crazy and gets out of the positio, but Gibson still on top of him on turtle position. Gibson gets a mounted guillotine on Anheliger! It looks tight! Anheliger gets out, but Gibson getes him in an arm-in guillotine. The bell rings.

Round 2 – Gibson shoots in the first 20 seconds and gets a takedown. Gibson in half guard and then mount. He gets the back of Anheliger and is looking to set up a rear-naked choke. Anheliger gets out, but is eating a few shots. Gibson keeps attempting a choke, but Anheliger tuns and Gibson switches to ground-and-pound. Oh! Gibson locks in an arm triangle! Anheliger gets out! Crazy scramble, but Gibson still on top. Anheliger gets up, but is being presses against the cage. Gibson brings him back down. Gibson gets back control and begins to land shots! Final 30 seconds. Gibson in full control. The bell rings.

Round 1 – Petrovic closes the distance early and presses Horth against the cage. Good control here by Petrovic. Petrovic hist a head and arm and takes down Horth. Horth scrambles her way back up, and reverses Petrovic. She nos presses Petrovic against the cage. Horth gets a trip and takes down Petrovic. She takes Petrovic’s back! Horth rides too high and loses the position. Petrovic moves to side contol. Short shots by Petrovic. The bell rings.

Round 2 – Jab and then leg kick by Petrovic. Petrovic catches a kick from Horth and takes her down. Horth locks in an armbar! Petrovic doing a good job at stacking her and defending. After almost two minutes of being stuck in an amrbar, Petrovic gets out! Horth works her way back up, and pins Petrovic against the cage. Petrovic reverses the position and breaks free. Body kick by Horth. Right hand and then a jab by Horth. Jabs by Petrovic. Body shot by Horth. Another one! Petrovic shoots and Horth sprawls. The bell rings.
