LONDON – [autotag]Dan Hooker[/autotag] is set for his first featherweight fight since November 2016 after making weight for his UFC Fight Night 204 co-headliner against [autotag]Arnold Allen[/autotag].
Hooker (21-11 MMA, 11-7 UFC), who had put together a strong run at lightweight over roughly five years, has opted to move back down in weight and will meet Arnold (17-1 MMA, 8-0 UFC) in Saturday’s co-main event at The 02. The entire card streams on ESPN+.
At official weigh-ins on Friday morning, Hooker stepped on the scale at 145 pounds. Allen, meanwhile, weighed in at 146 pounds.
The fight between the pair is now official, and they’ll jockey for position in the upper tier of the division with their bout.
