LAS VEGAS – MMA Junkie was on scene and reporting live from Saturday’s UFC 282 event, and provided live play-by-play and official results.

UFC 282 took place Saturday at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The main card aired on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN2 and early prelims on ESPN+.

In the main event, former light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz (29-9-1 MMA, 12-6-1 UFC) took on Magomed Ankalaev (18-1-1 MMA, 9-1-1 UFC) for the title vacated by Jiri Prochazka.

The co-main event was a lightweight fight between rising star Paddy Pimblett (20-3 MMA, 4-0 UFC) and Jared Gordon (19-6 MMA, 7-5 UFC). In addition, Alex Morono (22-8 MMA, 11-5 UFC) took on Santiago Ponzinibbio (29-6 MMA, 11-5 UFC) on less than a week’s notice, and Dricus Du Plessis (18-2 MMA, 4-0 UFC) met Darren Till (18-5 MMA, 6-5-1 UFC) at middleweight.
