ANAHEIM, Calif. – [autotag]Brandon Moreno[/autotag] and [autotag]Deiveson Figueiredo[/autotag] had what could potentially be their final staredown ever at UFC 270 ceremonial weigh-ins – and things got heated.
UFC president Dana White needed to intervene between the two flyweights before the Brazilian fighter flipped his Mexican opponent the middle finger.
Moreno (19-5-2 MMA, 7-2-2 UFC) and Figueiredo (20-2-1 MMA, 9-2-1 UFC) meet in Saturday’s co-main event at Honda Center, with the flyweight championship on the line. It’s the third consecutive meeting between the pair, with the first matchup at UFC 256 in December 2020 ending in a draw, while the rematch at UFC 263 saw Moreno take the belt with a submission finish.
