With UFC 265 in the books, the medical suspensions for the fighters competing in Houston have been released by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
No fighter competing on the card was handed a lengthy suspension by the Texas commission. Brazil’s [autotag]Anderson Dos Santos[/autotag] was given the longest suspension of the bunch, as he was put on the sidelines for 70 days following his knockout loss to Miles Johns. Prior to the finish, Dos Santos was clearly hobbled with a leg injury that would ultimately see him wheeled out of the cage on a stretched.
UFC 265 took place on Saturday, Aug. 7 at Toyota Center in Houston. An interim heavyweight title fight between [autotag]Ciryl Gane[/autotag] and [autotag]Derrick Lewis[/autotag] headlined the card. Gane stopped Lewis in the third round of their contest.
