It has been a fight week like no other, but after a long-haul flight, a host of COVID-19 tests, and an extended period of quarantine, MMA Junkie is on the scene and reporting from “UFC Fight Island” as Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island has been transformed into the center of the MMA universe for the next 14 days.
Four UFC events will take place across a two-week period at the Flash Forum, with unprecedented measures in place to ensure the UFC can hold its events safely amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ahead of UFC 251, MMA Junkie’s John Morgan was joined by The Mac Life’s Oscar Willis as they set the scene on Yas Island and previewed the fights ahead of a huge event on Saturday.
UFC 251 takes place Saturday at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN and early prelims on UFC Fight Pass/ESPN+.
