UCLA men’s basketball at No. 16 in On3’s way-too-early rankings

The Bruins are at No. 16.

The UCLA Bruins men’s basketball team continues to make noise in the offseason. After landing six players in the transfer portal, they also got a massive commitment from Trent Perry after he backed out of his USC commitment.

As a result, the Bruins are regulars in the way-too-early top 25 rankings.

James Fletcher III of On3 revealed his way-too-early top-25 rankings and the UCLA Bruins landed at No. 16, and this was before the addition of Perry.

It is a big step in the right direction for Mick Cronin’s program after they disappointed and missed out on the NCAA Tournament this past season.

With teams such as Purdue expected to take a step back, UCLA could be a favorite to win the Big Ten Conference in men’s basketball in their firs season in the new-look conference.

It will be interesting to see how the buzz changes over the next few months, but so far so good for UCLA.
