UCLA Bruins offer Wagner College transfer tight end Justin Wolf

The Bruins have offered a tight end in the transfer portal.

The UCLA Bruins have made one position a priority in their recruiting process this offseason: tight end. On Wednesday, the Bruins extended an offer to play ball in Westwood to a potential transfer candidate.

Justin Wolf, a tight end who most recently played at Wagner College in Staten Island, New York, has received several Division 1 offers. After playing the FCS for two seasons, the Bruins are among the teams looking to land Wolf in the transfer portal.

With competing offers from Alabama, California, West Virginia, and Kansas State on the table, UCLA is in the mix. In only two seasons at Wagner, Wolf only tallied seven catches for 55 yards and a touchdown. Though his numbers do not jump off the page, if other high-powered programs are showing interest, there likely is some potential.

With a prototypical tight end build, Wolf has the size to play in the FBS Division 1. With UCLA looking to build its tight end room for the future, having Wolf on the roster as a project player could be a good starting point.
