The UCLA Bruins football program announced some changes to the seating areas at the Rose Bowl for the 2024 season. UCLA Football will now have student sections available in standing room only.
When the announcement was made they discussed that the student section from sections 2 through 6 will consist of safe standing areas. They will also be able to get UCLA students closer to the action than they have ever been at the Rose Bowl.
The Rose Bowl has been the home of the Bruins football team since 1982. The Rose Bowl is one of the most famous college football stadiums in the country. The current seating capacity is just over 91,000.

The first game at the Rose Bowl for the Bruins is slated for September 14th against the Indiana Hoosiers. The 2024 Bruins also host the Oregon Ducks, Minnesota Golden Gophers, Iowa Hawkeyes, USC Trojans, and Fresno State Bulldogs at the Rose Bowl in 2024.
