Tyson Fury made another bold prediction for his expected summer heavyweight title-unification showdown with Anthony Joshua, telling fans to expect the same approach he employed in his last fight against Deontay Wilder.

A relatively cautious Fury survived two knockdowns to draw with Wilder in 2018 but was far more assertive in the rematch a year ago, handing the American his first defeat by a seventh-round stoppage to claim the WBC title.

In his latest media appearance, Fury once again promised a decisive win over Joshua.

“I’ve got a bigger heart, tougher, mentally and physically stronger,” Fury told Gareth Davies. “I punch harder, everything’s in my favor. When I take it to them, they can’t deal with it. It’s like wrestling a T-Rex. They can’t win. I’m indestructible. I can’t be beaten. If I’m injury-free and active, there is no losing.

“[I’ll fight Joshua] just like I did with Wilder. They said he said [I] was going to box and move. What did I do? Straight at him, bombs all the way through until he got stopped.”

The highly-anticipated showdown has yet to be finalized. Joshua’s promoter, Eddie Hearn, said the contracts could be signed within the next two weeks.

Hearn noted that there is likely to be a two-stage announcement on the fight’s confirmation, with details of the exact date and venue to come later.
