In a video announcement issued by the show creator and host Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson on Monday, Woodley is one of a handful of athletes to compete on the upcoming season of NBC’s “The Titan Games.”

A former UFC welterweight champion, Woodley (19-4-1 MMA, 11-4-1 UFC) joins the likes of 10-time NFL Pro Bowl offensive tackle Joe Thomas, Super Bowl champion wide receiver Victor Cruz, Olympic gold medalist Hannah Teter, boxing champion Claressa Shields, and stuntwoman/former “America Ninja Warrior” competitor Jessie Graff.

Unlike the inaugural season, this season’s “Titan Games” participants will compete head-to-head against professional athletes in a series of intense athletic competitions in a new arena.

A two-day season premiere is scheduled with the first episode airing May 25 at 8 p.m. E.T. on NBC.
