Tyreek Hill says Baker Mayfield is a top-5 QB in the NFL

Tyreek Hill was asked to rank his top five quarterbacks in the NFL, and Baker Mayfield made the cut

Even after a career year with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last season, some doubters still don’t think Baker Mayfield is one of the better quarterbacks in the NFL.

Miami Dolphins star wide receiver Tyreek Hill is not among them, though.

During a recent Instagram Live, Hill was taking questions in the comments, and listed his top five quarterbacks in the NFL. After listing Patrick Mahomes, Tua Tagovailoa, Lamar Jackson, and Dak Prescott, Hill finished off his list by naming Mayfield.

After struggling with injuries that led to his departure from Cleveland, the former No. 1 overall pick split the 2022 season between the Carolina Panthers and Los Angeles Rams.

After signing a cheap one-year deal with the Bucs last offseason to replace the retired Tom Brady, Mayfield responded with the best season of his NFL career, earning Pro Bowl honors for the first time, and leading the Bucs to a third straight NFC South title despite preseason predictions that expected them to be among the worst teams in the league.

Obviously, Tyreek is a fan of Mayfield, who is back with the Bucs on a new three-year contract extension.
