Tyreek Hill did not have a good time in the Miami Dolphins’ 26-7 Wild Card loss to his former team, the Kansas City Chiefs. While the All-Pro wideout was responsible for his team’s only touchdown, he still had a muted impact on the field — at least compared to his typically prolific output.
Hill had only five catches on eight targets for 62 yards, owing much of his quiet night to the press coverage of Chiefs cornerback L’Jarius Sneed. Sneed wasn’t afraid to get physical at the line of scrimmage, putting in work to stop Hill before his next-level speed could lead to chunk plays downfield. NFL Films saw this and tweeted out footage of the star wideout being rudely introduced to the turf.
Hill saw that tweet. And made sure Sneed knew there were no hard feelings after Saturday’s matchup.

“Jammed my ahh to Cancun,” Hill tweeted, referencing the early vacation Kansas City sent his Dolphins to after Miami’s postseason win streak stretched to a 23rd year. It showed that, if nothing else, a warm beach makes it a little bit easier to joke about your season ending.
