Tyreek Hill extended an open challenge for anyone interested in running against him in a footrace earlier this offseason. And the Kansas City Chiefs receiver had no shortage of challengers.
While Minnesota Vikings wideout Adam Theilen and Auburn Tigers receiver Anthony Schwartz both laid down the gauntlet, Hill has yet to actually take them on. He did, however, challenge a speedster and teammate during training camp, with Hill posting video evidence on Twitter Saturday. He and Mecole Hardman, who ran a 4.33-second 40-yard dash at the NFL combine, went after each other.
It’s not clear from the video how far they were racing, with Hardman starting to pull up at the end. But it was pretty clear: Hill took the victory.
Everyday we find ways to better ourselves , really enjoyed the competition level and the way we push each other it’s all love but #cheetahspeed ✌🏿cheetah vs mecole 😈 pic.twitter.com/K72xuWBCft

It’s wild that the Chiefs have so much speed at receiver.
