The Seattle Seahawks wide receivers had a heck of a day during their Week 17 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 17.
Sophomore wide receiver DK Metcalf broke Steve Largent’s 35-year-old record for most receiving yards in a single season. Veteran wideout Tyler Lockett set a new record of his own.
On his seventh catch of the game and his 95th of the year, Lockett also set a new franchise record for most receptions in a single season.
Lockett also became just the sixth Seahawk in team history to log back-to-back 1000-yard seasons.
Here’s a look at his fourth-quarter touchdown.
.@TDLockett12 for the touchdown and we'll add 6ïžâŁ to the score!
