Bam Adebayo recorded a career-high 32 points and 14 rebounds, Jimmy Butler scored 22 points and Tyler Herro had 19 points as the Miami Heat defeated the Boston Celtics 125-113 in Game 6 on Sunday to advance to the NBA Finals.

Miami trailed by as many as six points in the fourth quarter but used a 26-6 run to seal the victory as Herro and Adebayo combined to score 21 points in the period. With the win, the Heat became just the third team since 1984 to be seeded fifth or lower and reach the NBA Finals.

Herro hit a clutch 3-pointer with the Heat down by five points, then had a pull-up shot to tie the game at 96 points apiece. From there, the Heat blew the game wide open and eventually went ahead by 15 points with two minutes left in the game.

The win on Sunday capped off an outstanding run by Herro, who scored a career-high 37 points in Game 4. He set the NBA scoring record for a rookie in the conference finals and also broke the Heat franchise scoring record by a rookie, which was previously held by Dwyane Wade.

The Heat return to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2014 when they were led by LeBron James, who they will now play beginning on Wednesday. After winning on Sunday, Adebayo and Jimmy Butler said the Heat still believe they can win.

Game 1 of the NBA Finals between the Heat and Los Angeles Lakers is set to tip-off Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
