A big name is back in the transfer portal as former North Carolina guard Caleb Love decommitted from Michigan on Wednesday afternoon due to an admissions issue.
With Love back in the portal, he’s one of the top players remaining and will look for a new home. And he should have plenty of suitors.
Just hours after Love decommitted from Michigan, he was already being connected to other teams. Adam Zagoria of Zag’s Blog tweeted out two programs to keep an eye on as Love has a new recruitment — Missouri and Indiana.
Both programs were involved with Love coming out of high school before he committed to North Carolina. After he entered the transfer portal, both teams expressed interest once again before he ended up at Michigan.

Missouri and Indiana

Love would be a big addition for both programs as Missouri is looking to build on an NCAA Tournament appearance last year. Meanwhile, Indiana is reloading and recently added former Duke five-star commit Mackenzie Mgbako.
Of course, other teams could be involved as well as Love’s recruitment will be one to watch again.
