The Denver Broncos had their biggest win of the 2024 season, a 38-6 victory over the Atlanta Falcons, at home on Sunday afternoon.
Here’s a sampling of how Twitter/X reacted to the big win.
Great. Team. Win.

FINAL: Broncos 38, Falcons 6
QB Bo Nix is superb, defense dominates in a game the Broncos really needed to win.
Denver is 6-5.

Broncos 38, Falcons 6 — FINAL
Bo Nix posted a stat line that no rookie quarterback has ever logged in NFL history. The defense took one of the most explosive offenses in football and crushed it like grapes. It’s the Broncos’ most lopsided win in 6 years.
Denver is 6-5.

Bo Nix deserves a ton of credit
28 of 33 – 307 yards – 4 TDs
And I want to add that Sean Payton had a sick gameplan, that included a 4.1 aDOT for Nix.
Designed a sweet 3rd and 10 conversion to Mims out of the backfield. Two untouched WR screen TDs.
Broncos OL dominated

Bo Nix is the ONLY rookie since at least 2000 with 18+ total TD & 2 or fewer TO in 9-game span!
Put some respect on his name! #BroncosCountry https://t.co/vcZAZRYm3O

Bo Nix is doing it again …
The Broncos QB is now 28-of-33 for 307 yards, 4 TDs, and a 145.0 rating.

Bo Nix is the perfect fit for Sean Payton’s offense? Man, people told me I was crazy when I said it 1st before the draft.
They said he wouldn’t do anything in the NFL because he wasn’t in a good situation at Auburn in the SEC. He didn’t run away to Oregon. He found the best… pic.twitter.com/mGuI7Au5Ak

How the Broncos responded today following last week’s heartbreak in KC tells you something about their resolve.
Head strong team, playing for each other and continuing to improve midway through November is what you want

Talked to Sean Payton this week. He told me he wasn’t concerned about a hangover after the loss to KC. Something good is being built in Denver pic.twitter.com/hjyHR0Qhdd

I don’t want to get ahead of myself because there’s still a good chunk of this year left but… can you imagine how this offense will look after Bo spends the offseason with the receivers/Sean Payton. Then you get into the idea of adding some upper echelon weapons…

This is what we needed, Broncos Country. This type of game is what we all desperately needed.

The Broncos’ over-under win total in Vegas was 5.5 games this season. It took Sean Payton just 11 games to hit the over.
Payton told me in August: “I love being the underdog. The next time I only win six games in a season will be the first.”
