The Tennessee Titans went on the road and defeated the Green Bay Packers, 27-17, to improve their overall record to 7-3 on the season.
The Titans have now won seven out of their last eight games with their only loss coming in an overtime game against the Kansas City Chiefs without their top quarterback or wide receiver.
Tennessee had both of them on Thursday and they made their presence felt throughout this one.
Ryan Tannehill and Treylon Burks finally displayed the type of connection that should give Titans fans legitimate hope of a potential second-half resurgence for this offense.
And, in the end, it was the Titans’ defense that secured the victory by closing it out like they have for much this season.
