Dallas selected Mazi Smith in the first round on Thursday night, and in the second round on Friday, the Cowboys took another Wolverine, tight end Luke Schoonmaker, with the 58th pick.
Schoonmaker was projected to get drafted anywhere between the third to fifth round if you listen to the experts. But Dallas saw something special and wanted to swipe him before any other team could.
