TV, kickoff time set for Auburn at UGA game

The Auburn game is one of Georgia’s top home games this fall

The Auburn Tigers at Georgia Bulldogs game will be televised on ABC. Georgia football is 3-0 through Week 4 and is the No. 1 team in the US LBM Coaches Poll. Auburn is 2-2 and is unranked.

The Georgia-Auburn game will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 5. Georgia’s game against Auburn is one of the Bulldogs’ top home games all season.

Georgia plays at the No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide in Week 5 before hosting Auburn. Auburn hosts the No. 18 Oklahoma Sooners in Week 5. The Tigers desperately need to win against Oklahoma to keep their College Football Playoff hopes alive.

Auburn is 0-2 against Power Four competition this season. The Tigers lost to California 21-14 on Sept. 7 and most recently fell at home to Arkansas in a 24-14 loss. We have Auburn as the No. 14 team in our SEC power rankings. Georgia is the third-best team in our SEC power rankings.

Georgia and head coach Kirby Smart have won seven straight games against Auburn dating back to 2017. The Bulldogs won a tight 27-20 road game at Auburn a year ago.
