Tua Tagovailoa is doubtful for a Week 18 game against the New York Jets and receivers Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle are among the Miami Dolphins players who are questionable.
“I see it as unlikely that Tua will see any action,” Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel said earlier in the day Friday.
Hill has been a mainstay on the injury report in 2024 due to a wrist injury suffered in August. While an illness was added to his designation Friday, the receiver has been questionable four previous times this season and hasn’t yet missed a game.
“I would say I’m feeling optimistic,” McDaniel said of Waddle. “So we’ll see what today uncovers but I’m feeling good barring no setbacks.”
