Officially, the timeline is 12 weeks minimum for Travis Etienne. He’ll have surgery as soon as possible and then would have a chance to come back late in the season if all goes well and it makes sense. https://t.co/v0wlCEaw4z

The Jacksonville Jaguars could be without one of their first-round picks for the entire 2021 regular season.
Running back Travis Etienne suffered a foot injury in Monday night’s preseason loss to the New Orleans Saints that could sideline him for the remainder of his rookie campaign, per multiple reports.
The No. 23 overall pick in the 2021 NFL draft, Etienne was expected to be a featured part of the Jaguars’ offense this season, alongside former Clemson teammate and fellow first-round pick Trevor Lawrence. Now, it looks like Jags fans might have to wait until 2022 to see Etienne play a game.
