After winning the final two games of a four-game road trip to open the season, the Golden State Warriors will return to San Francisco for the start of a seven-game homestand. For the 2020-21 home opener at Chase Center, the Warriors will host the Portland Trail Blazers.
Along with suiting up in the Bay Area for the first time this season, Draymond Green is listed as probable to make his 2020-21 debut after missing the first four games of the season with an injury in his right foot. With Green potentially available, Steve Kerr could see a starting rotation that features Green, Steph Curry, Andrew Wiggins, Kelly Oubre Jr. and James Wiseman for the first time this season.
With Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum coming to town, Curry is coming off his two best performances of the young season, scoring 31 or more points in each contest.
To open their homestand on a positive note, the Warriors will have to corral Lillard. The last time the Bay Area native faced the Warriors, he tallied a career-high 61 points on 17-of-37 shooting from the field with 11 triples, 10 rebounds and seven assists.
