With the winning streak the Raptors have moved within one game of the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference. Currently in seventh place, they would have to participate in the play-in games to determine the final two seeds of the conference for the playoffs.
The Clippers are coming off a 120-111 road loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers. They have lost four of their last six games after having a five-game winning streak and winning seven of eight. They are in eighth place in the Western Conference, lined up to participate in the play-in games. With 11 games left on their schedule, they trail the sixth-place Nuggets by six games and are eight games ahead of the 11th-place Trail Blazers.

Toronto is hot right now and they have quality wins. Three of their four wins are against Western Conference teams who will be in the playoffs or should be in the play-in games.
Meanwhile, the Clippers don’t have a win over a team over .500 since their Feb. 14 win over the Golden State Warriors.
