The Toronto Raptors (17-24) visit the Cleveland Cavaliers (15-26) Sunday at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse for a 7 p.m. ET tip. Below, we analyze the Raptors-Cavaliers odds and lines, with NBA picks and predictions.
The Raptors will try again to snap a prolonged losing skid extended to seven games by a 115-112 loss to the Utah Jazz Friday. Toronto had several key pieces within the NBA’s COVID-19 protocols for the bulk of the skid but had a full roster available for Friday’s game.
The Cavs have lost five of their last six games. They shocked the Boston Celtics with a 117-110 win Wednesday but lost 116-110 to the San Antonio Spurs Friday.
This is the first meeting of the season between the Raptors and Cavaliers. They sit 11th and 13th in the Eastern Conference, respectively.

The Raptors (-350) are in a great spot to snap out of their losing ways but they’re too chalky of favorites for a team that has lost seven straight contests.
We’ll get better value on the spread as the Raps should be able to win this game rather handily.

Against the spread (ATS)
The RAPTORS -7.5 (-110) will be able to take out their frustrations on the lowly Cavaliers and will win by 8 or more points Sunday.
The COVID-related absences deserved the blame for Toronto’s first five or six losses of their current skid and Friday’s seventh game, while equipped with a full roster, was in an already-tough matchup with the Western Conference’s top-seeded Jazz.
The Cavaliers have the NBA’s second-worst 3-point defense by allowing opponents to hit at a rate of .391 from behind the arc. The Raptors are third in 3-point attempts per game (40.6) and ninth in 3-point shooting percentage at 38.1.
Over/Under (O/U)
Back the OVER 217.5 (-110) as the Raptors will be able to have success from behind the 3-point arc as they get back on track and begin their climb back toward the Eastern Conference’s playoff picture.
