Four-star offensive lineman Max Anderson announced his commitment to Tennessee on Wednesday.
Anderson committed to the Vols over Michigan, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Alabama.
The 6-foot-5, 300-pound offensive lineman is from Rick Reedy High School in Frisco, Texas.
Anderson is the No. 185 overall prospect in the class of 2024. He is the No. 9 offensive tackle and No. 37 player in Texas, according to On3 Sports.
Anderson earned unanimous first-team 6-5A all-district and first-team all-area honors last season. Anderson was also named first-team Class 5A All-State in 2022.
Following Anderson’s commitment, Tennessee’s 2024 class ranks No. 10 nationally and No. 5 in the Southeastern Conference.
Anderson is the third commitment in June for the Vols, joining four-star athlete Boo Carter and four-star linebacker Jordan Burns.
