College sports fans love recruiting news, and Kentucky Wildcats fans are no different. Big Blue Nation prides itself on winning recruiting battles, and putting together top classes each year. On Wednesday, Kentucky got some news concerning a top player in the 2025 class.
Joson Sanon is inside the top 15 on most recruiting service lists. The 6’5″ shooting guard from Vermont narrowed his school list down to ten, and the Wildcats are on that list along with in-state rival Louisville. Kansas, Arizona, and Connecticut are other top programs in his final ten.

Sanon has said he wants to play in an up-tempo offense, and few are more up-tempo than Kentucky. It’s far too early to know how much the weighs into his decision, but it can’t hurt their chances.
Some visits are already in the books for Sanon, but plenty more should be coming up, including Kentucky if they’re lucky enough. Fans will look forward to hearing more as time passes.
