Tony Vitello recaps Tennessee baseball’s extra-inning win at Clemson.

Tennessee (40-19, 16-14 SEC) defeated No. 4 national seed Clemson (44-18, 20-10 ACC), 6-5 in 14 innings, Saturday in the NCAA Tournament Clemson Regional at Doug Kingsmore Stadium in Clemson, South Carolina.

The Vols advance to the Clemson Regional final on Sunday at 6 p.m. EDT. Tennessee will play the winner between Clemson and Charlotte in an elimination game.

First pitch between the Tigers and 49ers is slated for noon EDT on Sunday (ESPN).
