Tom Brady is quickly getting comfortable in Tampa Bay.
The former New England Patriots quarterback signed a two-year, $50 million deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and already found his new home in Florida. Brady moved into New York Yankee’s legend Derek Jeter’s house and will be renting it out.
Jeter is currently the Miami Marlins’ president and had the house built around 2010, but now lives in South Florida. The 30,000 square foot mansion in Davis Islands has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, two boat lifts and sits perfectly on the water. Brady will transition from harsh winters in the Boston area to a waterfront property with year-round sunshine.
