Tom Brady loses game after being confused what down it is

The G.O.A.T. proves he’s human as Tom Brady doesn’t realize fourth down already happened, losing to the Bears. Check out the video.

The G.O.A.T. is apparently human. And humans make mistakes.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were poised, with Tom Brady at the helm, to mount a last minute comeback against the Chicago Bears. The two teams were trading blows, in the form of field goals, back and forth and Brady had the ball last, with less than a minute remaining.

Sounds like a typical set up, with Tom Terrific all smiles afterwards.

Except, a funny thing happened on the way to the comeback. On fourth down, Brady’s pass was incomplete, turning the ball over on downs. Completely unaware, Brady held up a hand signifying ‘four’ — as in fourth down.

Brady didn’t realize he had just played fourth down and lost the game.

Like we said, the G.O.A.T. is human.

Brady actually had about as good of a game as he could, going 25-of-41 for 253 yards and a TD. However, he was often shown livid on the sidelines — or rather — on his back, as his offensive line gave him no protection. The Bears managed three sacks and six TFLs in the Bucs 20-19 loss.
