Tom Brady, J.J. Watt will be Hall of Fame classmates

The Pro Football Hall of Fame’s class of 2028 will feature a pair of first-ballot locks

Good luck to everyone else trying to get into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2028.

Only five modern-era candidates are enshrined each year, and two of those spots in 2028 will already be spoken for by first-ballot locks.

Arizona Cardinas defensive lineman J.J. Watt announced his retirement prior to the final game of the 2022 regular season, and Wednesday morning, Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady followed suit.

Two of the best to ever play the game will get to enjoy their gold jackets and bronze bust right alongside one another.
