Tom Brady adamantly shuts down idea that he’s injured after loss to Dolphins

“I don’t have any problems. I have no injuries. I’ve said it a lot.”

Tom Brady hasn’t played like his usual self this season, but he won’t attribute that to injuries.

He’s been on and off the injury report with a lingering elbow ailment and his accuracy has been at an all-time low. The 42-year-old quarterback wasn’t able to will the New England Patriots to a victory against the Miami Dolphins in a 27-24 loss on Sunday. He missed passes that he typically connects on and continued his struggle of scoring in the redzone.

Brady told reporters after the game that there were no problems physically.

“Good. Yeah, I feel good,” Brady said, via NESN. “I have no problems. So yeah, no problems.”

He reiterated that idea while joining his weekly interview Monday morning on WEEI’s ‘The Greg Hill Show’.

Whether he’s injured or not, the Patriots have one week before their first playoff matchup against the Tennessee Titans. This year will consist of a brutal playoff lineup if the Patriots want to make it out of the AFC. So, Brady and this offense will have to quickly find a rhythm and get prepared for playoff football with a shaky offense.
