PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia 76ers continued its home court dominance Monday night as they routed the hapless Atlanta Hawks, 129-112, at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.
The 76ers, who ran its home record to 27-2, got significant contributions from former University of Tennessee basketball players Tobias Harris and Josh Richardson.
The Sixers (36-22) darted out to a 41-24 lead in the first quarter, but fell behind 92-91 by the end of the third frame.
Harris and Richardson both started for Philadelphia against Atlanta.
Harris played 35 minutes and finished the contest with 25 points, six rebounds and four assists while Richardson, who recently returned from an injury, had 13 points, six rebounds and three assists.
The Sixers, who are 9-20 on the road this season, travel to Cleveland Wednesday night.
