The Tennessee Titans notched a huge win on Sunday afternoon, beating the Indianapolis Colts 25-16 at Nissan Stadium, which puts them atop the AFC South with a 2-1 record after three weeks.
While many expected the Titans to have a fairly easy time with a banged-up Colts team, of course that wasn’t the case, and instead Tennessee nearly had a major letdown game.
A sloppy Titans offense allowed the Colts to hang around, but thankfully the defense was able to step up and slam the door shut on any hopes Indy had of winning the game.
As a result, most of the winners come from the defensive side of the ball, but there were a few bright spots on offense to talk about. Let’s see which Titans came out smelling like a rose and which ones didn’t.
