Titans vs. Texans Week 15 injury report: Wednesday

The Wednesday injury reports for the Titans and Texans.

After ending their 10-game losing streak away from Nissan Stadium (including London) by beating the Miami Dolphins on Monday Night Football, the Tennessee Titans are trying to put another losing streak in the rearview mirror this week.

The Titans are set to host the Houston Texans in Week 15 with the opportunity to win their first division game dating back to last season. Tennessee enters the weekend being 0-6 in its last six division games.

Fortunately, they may be facing a depleted Texans team that could be without their starting signal caller and top two pass catchers. Quarterback C.J. Stroud suffered a brutal concussion last weekend, while wide receiver Nico Collins also left the game prematurely with a calf injury. Their status definitely bears watching going forward.

To make matters worse, Houston’s young stud receiver Tank Dell will certainly be out after he suffered a broken fibula back in Week 13 and was placed on injured reserve. Furthermore, some other notable players were held out of Wednesday’s practice, including left tackle Laremy Tunsil and outside linebacker Will Anderson.

On the Titans’ end of things, cornerback Kristian Fulton and defensive tackle Kyle Peko were also placed on injured reserve on Wednesday, and they will now be out for the rest of the regular season.

Aside from them, a couple of names that were noticeably absent on Wednesday were defensive linemen Jeffery Simmons, Denico Autry, and Teair Tart, wide receiver Kyle Philips, and linebacker Jack Gibbens.

As for the rest of the injury report, let’s take a look at where both teams stand following Wednesday’s practice.
