Titans vs. Colts: Key matchups to watch in Week 3 contest

The Titans’ pass-rush must challenge an injured Carson Wentz in Week 3.

The Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts will meet in Week 3 at Nissan Stadium for their first of two contests against one another during the 2021 season.

The Titans have started off 1-1 and are coming off a bounce-back, come-from-behind overtime victory over the Seattle Seahawks in Week 2.

Meanwhile, the Colts are 0-2 after losing to the Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams and are looking to avoid starting out 0-3 for the first time since 2011.

Both teams enter this game with some injury issues, but none are bigger than that of Colts quarterback Carson Wentz, who suffered injuries to both ankles last week. However, Wentz will reportedly play.

Indianapolis will be without right tackle Braden Smith, while the Titans will be missing tight end Anthony Firkser. Linebacker Jayon Brown’s status is up in the air after being downgraded to questionable on Saturday.

With the game just hours away, let’s take a look at the most important matchups to watch ahead of Week 3.
