The Tennessee Titans had eight positive COVID tests following their Week 3 encounter with the Minnesota Vikings at U.S. Bank Stadium.

Three of the positive individuals were players and five were unspecified personnel.

The Titans suspended all in-person club activities through Saturday, and the Vikings, who have not had any positives, similarly followed suit.

What does this have to do with the Houston Texans? Everything.

The Texans play the Vikings in Week 4 at NRG Stadium, in what is intended to be the first game with fans at home. If subsequent contact tracing and testing reveals Vikings players were exposed, then it could put the Texans-Vikings game in question.

The Texans also take on the Titans in Week 6 in Nashville.

The NFL has dealt with its share of positive tests when teams were in their bubbles for training camp. After three full weeks of traveling and games, the NFL is getting a true test of how it can handle COVID-19.
