As we continue to pick up the pieces from the Tennessee Titans’ ugly 35-10 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 13, it’s time to take a look at the snap counts, and the biggest takeaways from them.
The Titans saw even more injuries in Week 13, with linebacker David Long, cornerback Kristian Fulton and wide receiver Treylon Burks all exiting early.
As a result of those injuries and the players ruled out ahead of Sunday, the Titans were forced to dip into their bench once again, paving the way for backups to see increased snaps.
Also, Tennessee saw its 76th player take a snap in Week 13 in running back Julius Chestnut. With him seeing the field Sunday, the Titans are now one behind the Arizona Cardinals for the league lead in players fielded.
The biggest takeaway from the snap counts came from the tight end position. We’ll go over that and more.
