Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry has won the Associated Press Offensive Player of the Year award in what is a well-deserved honor after his historic 2020 season.

Henry rushed for 2,027 yards, becoming the eighth player in NFL history to break the 2,000-yard mark in a single season, and his final yardage total is good enough for the fifth-most in a campaign in league history, also.

On top of achieving that impressive feat, the Alabama product and former Heisman Trophy winner won his second consecutive rushing title, which hadn’t been done since LaDainian Tomlinson did so in 2006 and 2007.
