The #Falcons had a second interview today with #Titans OC Arthur Smith, who then flew to New York to have dinner tonight with #Jets brass, sources tell me and @TomPelissero. Next up for Smith: The #Eagles on Thursday and #Lions on Friday. A red-hot head-coaching candidate.

The Eagles interview circuit is set to continue and on Thursday, Tennessee Titans star offensive coordinator, Arthur Smith will get his first shot.
Over the past two seasons, the Titans have finished fourth (54) and second (62) in total offensive touchdowns with Smith calling the plays.
For all of the pundits disgruntled about Miles Sanders’ lack of touches, Smith’s offenses flow through the running game and he’s helped Derrick Henry lead the league in rushing yards in consecutive seasons, including 2,000+ in 2020.
Smith’s biggest accomplishment is revitalizing quarterback Ryan Tannehill, as he turned the former Dolphins first-round pick into one of the NFL’s most efficient passers while developing big-play wideouts in A.J. Brown and Corey Davis.
Smith has risen up the ranks in Tennesee, going from defensive quality control coach to offensive coordinator.
